Keyserta is a product of Privatt Inc., a company based in Quebec, Canada. This notice covers this website, keyserta.com. It follows Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act where it applies.

What this website collects

This website is made of plain pages. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, fonts or images. Our web server keeps no record of visits. Like any web server, it briefly handles your IP address and the request your browser sends in order to deliver the page; it does not keep them in a visit log.

The website is hosted on a server we operate in Canada.

Signing in to Keyserta

The “Sign in” and “Open Keyserta” links take you to the Keyserta application at suite.keyserta.com. What the application collects is described to you there and by Privatt Inc.’s privacy policy.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent and have it deleted, and to receive a copy in a commonly used format. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
